All business establishments open to the public whether it is an on-going business with a new owner, a new building /business or just a new location must pay for a facility inspection at the time of submitting a business license application and prior to scheduling the inspection in the event the building is determined not to be safe for occupancy.
Following non-refundable Fees are required:
Re-Occupancy license application: $25.00
If serving food/Health Inspection: $50.00
A Re-Inspection fee of $35.00 will apply if inspection is denied
Submittal of proof of an annual test on required backflow prevention devices (done by an independent inspector) must also be submitted to the City to ensure the public water system is protected.
