Please be advised that Mercedes has now provided a new method of electronic communication to allow ALL citizens and property owners an opportunity to provide their input from the comfort of their own home, business, or elsewhere.  Citizens do NOT need to wait for the next available City Commission Meeting to voice their concerns – – our website’s new window invites the public’s input which may be done at any time & during any day of the week.

In the City’s website, a link is easily found that allows the concerned citizen the opportunity to communicate with any City Department for any issue.

Of course, Mercedes will always have the ability to have citizens directly voice their concerns through visits to city staff, completing a complaint form at the City Secretary’s Office, or through a letter as normally done in any office setting.

Mercedes expects that this new method of electronic communication will be easier for all classifications of our citizens wherever they may be; even to property owners which may reside out of town, out of State, or even out of the country.

We will continue to strive to improve the channels of communication and resolving issues as best we can.
