Back To School Event

RGV Promotions and the Mercedes Recreation Center will be teaming up to bring the public a free Back to School event on Friday, August 13th. Backpacks will be donated, school supplies will be given out, and haircuts will be given for children along with various screenings and activities for those in attendance.
