Portrait Unveiling: Dr. Hector P. Garcia

Join the Library for an unveiling ceremony of a portrait of Dr. Hector P. Garcia, after whom the library is named. The portrait has been donated by Attorney Armando Garcia, cousin to the late Dr. Hector P. Garcia, and will be unveiled on August 24th, 2023. Refreshments will be provided during this ceremony.
